I start with understanding who you're trying to reach and what they actually care about. From there, I work with teams to figure out the right direction, then design solutions that feel intentional and work at scale. The whole goal is making things that are easy to use, look right, and feel like they fit together.

I start by actually talking to users—surveys, interviews, watching how they use things. This helps me understand what they need so I can make better design decisions.
